A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

Punishment of the crime

On March 18, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Gwangju District Court on March 18, 2008, and had six same power.

1. Around 21:00 on February 18, 2013, the Defendant, a special robbery, opened a house of the victim D(n, 73 years of age) located on the 1st floor in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, thereby enjoying the victim’s timber on the left side and taking away the victim’s timber reported by TV, and threatened the victim with money.”

3. On February 19, 2013, at around 15:00, the Defendant damaged the victim H’s house located in Gwangju Northern-gu G, Gwangju, thereby damaging the 50,000 won of repair costs by using the water pipe installed at the house of the victim in order to steals the goods.
