1. Of the 112435 square meters of forest land and 1388 square meters prior to J with respect to Plaintiff A, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Cheongnam-do;
(a) Defendant B is at each of one-fourths shares.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On November 17, 192, the registration of ownership transfer was made in the name of P with respect to the I Forest Land of 112435 square meters (hereinafter “the forest of this case”) located in Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do. On September 14, 1971, the registration of ownership transfer was made in the name of Q and five names outside Q on January 15, 194, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of R, S, T, and U on September 14, 1971 with respect to shares of 1/4 in each of R, T, and U on May 15, 1960.
B. On April 23, 2010, with respect to the portion of U’s share in the instant forest, 661.16/28018.75 shares, among the instant forest land, the ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of V, and on May 14, 2014, the ownership transfer registration was completed on November 24, 1990 due to inheritance by agreement division.
C. On September 14, 1971, 1971, the registration of ownership transfer was made pursuant to the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 2111) on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate on the ground of sale as of May 15, 1960 with respect to shares of 1/4 shares in the name of R, S, T, and U with respect to 1/138 square meters (the period was indicated as 148 square meters prior to W in the register of the register of names, which was corrected as above; hereinafter “the dry field of this case”).
Of the dry field of this case, the ownership transfer registration was made on November 24, 1990 under the name of Defendant B on May 14, 2014 due to inheritance by agreement division.
E. On May 31, 1991, T deceased on May 31, 1991, and jointly inherited by Defendant K, L, B, C, M, N, N, andO with the wife X and children. On January 29, 2014, X died and jointly succeeded by Defendant K, L, C, M, N, andO.
F. S died on November 2, 1997, and as wife, Defendant E, F, G, and H jointly inherited as Defendant D, F, G, and H.
