1. Basic facts

A. N, P, June 30, 1971, N, and P completed registration of preservation of ownership as to each portion of 12810/38430 of forest land among 1,281 in accordance with the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Forest Ownership (Act No. 2111, hereinafter “Special Measures Act”). N’s share was transferred to Q on June 20, 1978, to R on November 22, 1979, to R and S in succession. Of these, R’s share was transferred to T on December 14, 1974, to Defendant E on September 30, 201, and the ownership was transferred to Defendant E on September 30, 204 to Defendant E on May 30, 205.

3) Of the O’s shares, 300/38430 of the shares were transferred to T on June 29, 1985, to Defendant E on September 30, 201, and the remaining shares were transferred to Defendant C on May 11, 2002. 4) The shares of P were transferred to Defendant B on June 10, 2002.

5) The current forest land is currently owned by Defendant E, Defendant D, Defendant C, and Defendant B. B. On January 17, 1986, the Republic of Korea completed the registration of initial ownership of 6,050 square meters of U forest land in March 17, 1986, and on June 8, 2001, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on June 5, 2001, and on June 18, 2001, the said forest land was divided into U.S. forest land 836 square meters and W or X forest between September 10, 202 and March 27, 2003.

2) On April 8, 2003, with respect to U forest 836 square meters, the registration of ownership transfer was made in sequence in Defendant E on September 30, 201. 3) With respect to W forest 197 square meters, the registration of ownership transfer has been made in Defendant F in the future.

4) On March 6, 2008, the registration of ownership transfer was made on March 6, 2008 with respect to the Y 855 square meters of forest land and AA 2,966 square meters of forest land and AA 2,966 square meters. 4) On January 20, 2003, Defendant AC, and Defendant AC’s acquisition Intervenor J, K, and L, the registration of ownership transfer was completed.

5) On November 20, 2002, the registration of ownership transfer was made on November 20, 2002 with respect to AD forest 209 square meters. 6) X 835 square meters on April 8, 2003, Defendant H will in the future.
