A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 1, 2018, the defendant was issued a summary order of 1.5 million won by fine for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court, and on January 29, 2019, a summary order of 3 million won by fine for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act was issued by the Gwangju District Court.

1. On September 28, 2019, the Defendant, at around 03:30 on September 28, 2019, driven an E rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.070% from the section of about 300 meters, from the road of the C Dripon-si located in the Net City B to the road of the same city. From around 09:51 to 12:03 on the same day, the Defendant continued to drive an E Dria car without obtaining a driver’s license from the three-way distance near the Si F apartment to the same city.

As a result, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle while under influence without obtaining a driver's license, in violation of the prohibition of drunk driving more than twice.

2. From March 7, 2019 to October 15, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) from March 7, 2019 to October 15, 2019, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license for the vehicle driving license for a total of 10 times, as shown in the attached list of crimes, on March 7, 2019, by around 15:57, and on the H road located in G at the same time as at around 21:06 of the same day.
