A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On December 10, 2010, the Defendant issued a summary order of a fine of three million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's net support on December 10, 201, and on June 10, 2011, the same court sentenced six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving), and on September 13, 2012, the same court was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving). On November 15, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and completed the execution of the sentence on September 5, 2019.

1. On November 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) on November 24, 2019; (b) operated an ES5 vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the Cju store located in the Cju-si B on November 24, 2019 to the road front of the same city, at approximately 500 meters away from the 500-meter section, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.192%, without obtaining a driver’s license.

As a result, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle while under influence without obtaining a driver's license, in violation of the prohibition of drunk driving more than twice.

2. From October 8, 2019 to November 23, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) from October 23, 2019 to October 23, 2019, the Defendant driven an EM5 vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license on the road near the Municipal Ordinances of 1867, 1867, Dong-si, 2019, and operated the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license for a total of 43 times from that time to November 23, 2019.
