A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On September 12, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Jung-gu District Court on September 12, 2008. On March 17, 2011, the same court was notified of a summary order of a fine of two million won for the same crime. On January 25, 2015, the same court was notified of a summary order of a fine of six million won for the same crime. On July 10, 2019, the same court was sentenced to imprisonment of one year for the same crime and was confirmed on July 18, 2019, and is currently under probation.

1. On May 9, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) around 03:42 on May 9, 2020, the Defendant driven an Eystren vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of approximately 6km from the front of the “C” restaurant in Macheon-si B to the front of the said restaurant via Macheon-si D.

2. On June 14, 2020, the Defendant, at around 14:30 on June 14, 202, driven an Ethyp car under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.123% of alcohol level without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the restaurant “C” in the “C”-si B, 14:30, Jun. 14, 2020, via the “Mancheon Reservoir reservoir” in the same city, and again drive an Ethyp car under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.123% of alcohol level without obtaining a driver’s license.

As a result, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol more than twice, and at the same time, operated a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license.
