A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was elected by going to the election of the head of D (hereinafter referred to as D) partnership held on March 11, 2015.

1. A person who violates the Agricultural Cooperatives Act shall not provide money, goods, entertainment, or other property benefits to his/her members for the purpose of getting him/herself or a specific person elected as an executive officer or representative of a local agricultural cooperative or for the purpose of preventing him/her from being elected, but the Defendant was willing to provide goods to the members for the purpose of being elected at a DF election to be held on March 11, 2015.

In addition, on July 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) ordered G to deliver the total amount of KRW 500,000 to five members of D, such as the No. 1 through No. 5 of the List of Offenses.

Accordingly, the defendant provided goods to the members for the purpose of election.

2. Although the defendant is unable to provide, express an intention to, or promise to provide money, goods, entertainment, or other property benefits to any elector for the purpose of an election campaign in violation of the Commissioned Election Act, the defendant is to be elected in an election for the head of a cooperative, which will be held on March 11, 2015.
