Defendant
A is a place where approximately 1,800 members and approximately 1 trillion won are owned by the I Agricultural Cooperative, which was implemented on March 11, 2015.

1. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A and Defendant C
A. Notwithstanding the fact that a person violating the Agricultural Cooperatives Act was not able to provide money, goods, entertainment, or other property benefits to his/her or a specific person as an executive officer or representative of a local agricultural cooperative or not to be elected, the Defendants conspired to provide goods to the members in an election for the head of the agricultural cooperative, which was implemented on June 17, 201, with approximately 180 lanes, following Defendant A’s success in the election for the head of the agricultural cooperative, which was implemented on March 11, 2015.
