A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was elected as a candidate for the president of HFF cooperative (hereinafter “HF cooperative”) implemented in 2006 and 2009 as the head of HFF cooperative (hereinafter “CF”) and was elected as the head of HFF cooperative at the first time of simultaneous elections conducted on March 11, 2015.

No one shall, for the purpose of an election campaign, offer, express an intention to offer, or promise to offer money, goods, entertainment, other property benefits, or a public or private position to an institution, organization, or facility established and operated by an elector, his/her family member, or an elector or his/her family member.

Nevertheless, the defendant, which was implemented on March 11, 2015, widely notified the members of the cooperative in advance of the fact that he left the cooperative as a candidate for the purpose of being elected to the president of HFF at the first simultaneous election of the president of HFF, and sentenced the members of the cooperative to provide the member with a gift of "ucomfort gift" under the pretext of "ucomfort gift".

1. On September 1, 2014, the Defendant, on August 26, 2014, purchased softens from J K’s representative K to KRW 46,00 per 1 ambling, with the aim of conducting an election campaign, at around August 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased sofs from J’s representative K to 46,000 won per 1 ambling; (b) attached the name printed on the front side of Haf Cooperatives Auditor A and the Defendant’s photograph on the back of Hafsing; and (c) ordered HF members 197 of the Hafs to deliver the Gafs to 197 members of the Hafs as ordered by the Defendant; and (d) at that time, K entrusted the 197 Gafs delivery of the Gafs.

Around September 1, 2014, Defendant 1 delivered 46,000 Won 1 fresh fresh fresh fresh fresh fresh fresh fresh fresh fresh fresh fresh fresh fresh fresh fresh fresh fresh 197 members around that time.

Accordingly, the Defendant provided the elector or his family members with goods equivalent to KRW 9,062,00 for the purpose of election campaign.

2. The Defendant commits an election campaign on September 6, 2014.
