Defendant

A as the president of the SFFF in Sungju-gun, a person who was elected in the election of the president of the RFF in December 22, 2009. Defendant B was a member of the said agricultural cooperative; Defendant C was a member of the said agricultural cooperative; Defendant C was a member of the said agricultural cooperative; Defendant I was a member of the said agricultural cooperative; and Defendant I was a candidate for the election of the president of the said RFF.

No person shall provide, express an intention to provide, or promise to provide money, entertainment, other property benefits, or public or private positions to an institution, organization, facility established and operated by a member, his/her family member, or an association member or his/her family member, for the purpose of getting him/herself or a specific person elected or not to be elected as an executive of a local agricultural cooperative, and no member, his/her family member, etc. shall receive, or promise to provide, money, entertainment, or other property benefits or a public or private position,

1. Defendant A

A. On March 2009, the Defendant violated the Agricultural Cooperatives Act providing one million won for the membership fee of the cooperative of C and S. Around March 22, 2009, the Defendant provided KRW 1,000,000 to the family members of the NAF for the purpose of winning the election of the president of the NAF, which will be executed on December 22, 2009, for the purpose of paying for the membership fee of NAF and C, a member of the NA, a member of the NAF, and for the purpose of winning the election of the president of the NAF.

B. Around April 6, 2009, the Defendant provided V, a member of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation, with a 30,000 won amounting to 30,000 won of the market price for the purpose of winning the election for the president of the NAF, which will be held on December 22, 2009, at the time of the Plaintiff’s vinyl’s greenhouse in Sungju-gun.

C. The Defendant was in violation of the Agricultural Cooperatives Act to provide 100,000 won support money of the NAFFFE, and the Defendant is a member of the NAFE with a view to being elected in the election of president of the NAFFE, which will be held on December 22, 2009, around 07:00 on July 15, 2009, for the purpose of winning the election of president of the NAFFE.
