1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,018,196 and interest rate of KRW 29% per annum from March 22, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On December 10, 2015, the Plaintiff loaned a loan to the Defendant 23 million won at 17.9% per annum, and interest for delay at 29% per annum.
Although the defendant decided to repay this in installments over a period of 36 months, the defendant did not redeem it more than twice and lost its benefit of time.
B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of the loan principal KRW 22,018,196 and the damages for delay calculated by the rate of 29% per annum from March 22, 2016 to the date of delinquency of the contract from March 22, 2016 to the date of full payment.
