1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 38,704,104 and the interest rate of KRW 23.9% per annum from January 21, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On December 11, 2014, the Plaintiff loaned a loan to the Defendant 50 million won at 11.9% per annum for interest and at 23.9% per annum for interest.

Although the defendant decided to repay this in installments over a period of 48 months, the defendant did not redeem it more than twice and lost its benefit of time.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated by the rate of 23.9% per annum from January 21, 2016, which is the date of late payment, to the date of late payment of the remaining principal of the loan, and the interest rate for delay calculated from January 21, 2016 to the date of late payment.
