1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,318,744 and the interest rate of KRW 28.9% per annum from February 3, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On June 17, 2015, the Plaintiff loaned a loan to the Defendant at 16.9% per annum for interest and at 28.9% per annum for interest in arrears.

Although the defendant decided to repay this in installments over a period of 36 months, the defendant did not redeem it more than twice and lost its benefit of time.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated by the rate of 28.9% per annum from February 3, 2016 to the date of late payment, which is the overdue interest rate of 30,318,744 won, remaining principal of the loan, and the date of late payment, to the date of late payment.
