1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 81,495,154 as well as KRW 80,00,000 among them, from October 26, 2017 to the day of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On April 7, 2015, the Plaintiff loaned a loan to the Defendant at the interest rate of KRW 80,000,000 to the maximum interest rate of KRW 18% per annum for overdue interest, and the due date of repayment on April 7, 2018.

However, the Defendant lost the benefit of time due to the delayed payment of the above loan obligation.

As of October 25, 2016, the principal and interest of the above loan obligation amounted to KRW 81,495,154 (i.e., principal amount of KRW 80,000,000) (i.e., interest amount of KRW 1,495,154) and interest interest in arrears amount to KRW 10.68% per annum.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 10.68% per annum, which is the interest rate for delay from October 26, 2017 to the date of full payment, with respect to the above KRW 81,495,154, and KRW 80,000 among them, to the Plaintiff.
