A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

Therefore, even though the defendant is not an entrusted business entity with the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation and the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation, the defendant issued sports promotion voting rights or similar things, and provided property or property benefits to those who win the result.
