Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall gambling using any act of offering property or property benefits to persons who win the result of sports promotion by issuing voting rights or a similar things to the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation or a person who is not an entrusted business entity.

On March 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) remitted KRW 9 million to the account (Account Number: D); and (b) charged cyber money to the Korean bank account (hereinafter referred to as “B”); and (c) then, the Defendant ambling “illegal sports soil” in the name of “illegal sports soil” by accessing the said gambling site at the Fcambae Bank located in Sinsan-si, Manyang-si; (d) predicted the outcome of the sports games, such as domestic and foreign professional campings, storages, and distributions; and (e) received dividends at the face of value by forecasting the outcome of the sports games, such as the said games, and if not, lose all of the cyber money in the said games.

In addition, the Defendant, from around that time to May 13, 2015, remitted total of KRW 509,570,000 to the above site gambling account, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table 237 times, and charged cyber money. The Defendant was paid KRW 395,00,500 as dividend, for the gambling called “illegal sports earth.”

As a result, the Defendant, who was not the Seoul Olympic Games Korean Sports Promotion Foundation and a person who was not an entrusted business entity, provided property or property benefits by issuing sports promotion voting rights or a similar things to those who win at the same gambling site and provided property or property benefits to those who win at the same entertainment site.
