A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From September 22, 2016, around 15:50 on September 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim F (38 tax) who is a public official in the E-Gu office located in Seoul, 10th floor building and office; (b) expressed the victim F (38 tax) who is a public official in the office that was engaged in the construction permit and license business on the ground that “a person does not handle a civil petition at the request of the Defendant, and is bad; (c) took the victim’s clothes in his/her hand; and (d) took the victim’s chest into consideration three times.

At around 16:00 on the same day, the Defendant continued to get the grievance civil service center on the 7th floor of the E-Gu office, and found the victim "to photograph the Defendant's disturbance with a Handphone" while the Defendant was suffering from disturbance, and caused the victim's arms by hand and drinking.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties related to building authorization by the victim who is a public official of the Gu office, and at the same time, the victim was injured by approximately four weeks of medical treatment.

2. Definating;

A. From around 15:50 on September 22, 2016 to 16:30 on the same day, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by 40 minutes of the construction of the 10th floor and the office and the 7th grievance civil service center of the E-Gu office as described in the foregoing paragraph 1. The Defendant, as well as the employees of the Gu office and the civil petitioners, were heard by the victim F, with the following: (a) the victim F: (b) the victim “this spacks, spackers, spacks, spacks, and bits bitchs,” and (c) the victim F.

B. On September 22, 2016, from around 16:20 to around 17:00 of the same day, the Defendant continued to see the victim’s victim H, the team leader of the E-Gu Gu office, “I will not take a bath,” and the victim expressed approximately 40 minutes of the victim’s desire, “I will see this dog, I will see, I will see, I will see, I will see, I will see, I will see, I will see, I will tell, and I will gue.”
