Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is a church belonging to the B religious organization, and the plaintiff is a regular member of the defendant church.

3. Selection procedures.
(a)to select one head for twenty-five persons who are the three-five persons, who are recommended at the meeting of the Council by the affirmative votes of two-thirds of the two-thirds of the members, or who are recommended by the members of the church who have no meeting of the Council, shall be selected by vote at the regular office meeting with two-thirds or more votes of the members of the church;
Article 46 The general meeting of administrative affairs of the church is the highest resolution body of the branch church which has reported the annual progress of the church in the new year and decided on various personnel affairs, finance, and business plans.
1. A branch church shall be comprised of regular members of its members and the clerk shall be appointed by the Speaker;

Article 49 Convocation of Meetings
1.
