1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a branch church belonging to the Chungcheongnamnam-do Council affiliated with the religious organization B, and the plaintiff is the defendant's head.

B. The provisions of the Constitution of the religious organization B and the Articles of the Defendant’s articles of incorporation that stipulate office and authority and management of property are as follows.

1) Section 1 of Section 1 of Section 1 of the Office Affairs Assembly of Chapter 6 branch churches of the Constitution is the highest resolution body for branch churches that decided on the personnel affairs, finance, and business plans in the new year after receiving the annual progress report of the church.

1. A branch church shall be comprised of regular members of its members and the clerk shall be appointed by the Speaker;

(a)The Administrative Assembly shall be subject to annual personnel reports, business and property lists and accounting reports from the Secretariat or the Staff Council;

The general meeting of affairs shall accept the draft project plan of the new year submitted by the political party or the plenary company, sponsor the budget bill, and approve the budget bill submitted by the budget committee for the church not organized by the party.

(e) The general meeting of administrative affairs shall receive reports on the process of creating and managing the church properties and approve the disposal thereof;

Section B of Article 47 (Organization and Affairs) of the Staff's Association

(a)to receive reports on the implementation of the budget passed by the Assembly and to receive reports of the progress of each agency, and to approve the additional revised budget bill submitted by the Assembly or by the Budget Committee;

(b) The disbursement and receipt of money, other than the budget, passed by the Administrative Assembly, shall be executed at the meeting of the Party or by a resolution of the Staff Council;

(4) The accounts shall be reported to the regular staff council.

(6) All finances shall be reported after the audit is completed.

Part 7, Section 1, Article 48 (Organization) of the Council Secretariat shall be organized into a master pastor and a Si treasury, and a pastor shall be the chief of the Council, and one of the senior generals shall be a clerk.

(a) Accounting audit of churches, and accounting audit of each institution;
