Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and two months.
However, as to the defendants, from the day when this judgment became final and conclusive, the defendants are respectively.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No person, other than a narcotics handler, shall handle a mephone (hereinafter referred to as "phiphone") which is a local mental medicine.
1. Although Defendant A is not a narcotics handler, Defendant A:
A. (1) On December 19, 2014, around 19:30 on December 19, 2014, KRW 0.1g of oponon from D’Ecom, from sales books F in cash, KRW 200,000,000,000; KRW 2) on February 14, 2015, around 10:30 on February 14, 2015, issued KRW 0.05g of oponon from the above F in cash within the above telecom, KRW 3).
3. within 18.22:50 on the racing-si G G, purchase 0.1g of opphonephones from G G G in cash from G books I in cash at KRW 200,000,000, on three occasions, of opphones;
(b) The same year as aiding and abetting the purchase of philophones and as receiving them;
4. 1. 21:00 on around the 21:00 on the racing, in order to assist I to purchase 10 grams of phiphones, three million won loaned by I in the name of her mother to I for purchase of phiphones and assist I to purchase 10 grams of phiphones in Busan around that time, and 2) the same month
2. receive and deliver 0.5 gramopons from I within the above telephones without compensation;
C. (1) The date and time set forth in paragraph (1) A-1) and at the same time and at the place set forth in paragraph (1) A-A-2, the remainder of the part of the philophone purchased about 0.05g from F, which was contained in the philophone purchased from F, are injected into one’s own left arms after dilution with water; (2) the date and time set forth in paragraph (a)-2); and (3) around March 31, 2015, approximately 0.05g of the philophone purchased from F in the above manner as above; and (4) the same year, among the philophonephone purchased from F, in the above manner as above 0.03g of the philophone, purchased from F, as described in paragraph (3).
