Accordingly, the Defendant forged one copy of the loan certificate in the name of JJ, Co., Ltd., a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and place as that set forth in paragraph (1), borrowed KRW 200 million from the above K to know of the forgery, as described in paragraph (1).
