Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant arbitrarily prepared and delivered a bond transfer and takeover contract, etc., and had a mind to collect C’s claim for the return of investment deposit against CD.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On February 18, 2013, the Defendant, using a computer at the “F office of the “Co., Ltd.” located in Seoul E on February 18, 2013, inserted the corporate seal of the said G Co., Ltd. in the “C” column of the “B”) to the effect that the Defendant would transfer the Defendant’s claim KRW 93 million to C, and inserted the corporate seal of the said G Co., Ltd. in the “C”, the next image of the said G Co., Ltd. in the address column, and entered the “A” in the “A” column, “I,106-604 (J building)” in the “B” column, and affixed the Defendant’s seal back to the said Defendant’s name. Accordingly, the Defendant forged one of the credit transfer contract form in the name of G Co., Ltd., Ltd., a private document on rights and obligations, and forged the Defendant’s name and obligations to G Co., Ltd., Ltd., in the name and address column of G Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter “Seoul”).

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation in the name of G Co., Ltd., a private document on rights and obligations.

C. At the time and place indicated in the above paragraph (a), the Defendant inserted the corporate seal image of the said G company in the column of the transferor (A) of the notice of assignment of claims stating that C transferred 93 million won to the Defendant and notified the obligor D of the transfer of claims to D by using the computer, and inserted it in the address column.
