The punishment of the accused shall be eight months by imprisonment.

However, the sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 16, 2017, at around 23:00, the Defendant taken video images against the victim’s will, on his/her cell phone (referred to as “E” located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D), with his/her cell phone (referred to as “E” in the gallon ju (S8) where the victim’s name cannot be known, with which he/she weared a test coloring.

2. On January 4, 2018, at around 19:07, the Defendant taken video images against the victim’s will, in a entertainment room, in which the name bearing the source of the Sweg is unknown in the same manner as that set forth in paragraph 1, within the “E” as indicated in paragraph 1.

3. On January 6, 2018, at around 20:44, the Defendant taken photographs of the victim’s fat, in the amusement room, where the name of the “E” as described in paragraph 1 is unknown, using the same method as described in paragraph 1, against the victim’s will.

4. On January 6, 2018, at around 21:00, the Defendant taken a photograph of the part of the body part of the victim’s eavesm in which it is impossible to find out the name of the victim who wears self-chrona in the manner described in paragraph 1 from “G” located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F.

5. On January 8, 2018, at around 00:38, the Defendant taken photographs of the fat of the victim H (n, 20 years of age) in the amusement room, as described in paragraph 1, in the same manner as described in paragraph 1, against the intent of the victimized person.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation against the victims' will.
