Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 1, 2017, at around 21:00, the Defendant taken pictures of the victim’s body against his/her will that could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame by photographing the body of the victim, such as his/her muck, muck, and bucks, from the subway C No. 9 of subway No. 2 located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by using mobile phone camera function.

2. The Defendant taken the victim’s body against his will, at the date and time set forth in paragraph 1, using the mobile phone’s camera functions, taking pictures of the parts of the body of the victim, such as bucks, bucks, etc., which may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, and thus may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame to the victim’s body.
