Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 21, 2017, at around 13:36, the Defendant, on the street in front of C Station in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, taken a gallon of his mobile phone, using his/her cellular jum functions of S7 (lue color, D) camera, using his/her gallon function, taken a gallon’s bridge and the lower body of his/her body, with his/her name, influent women who wear a black fluor, and the body part of his/her body, one minute of which was 8.

Since then, the above name-free women's behind the 1st floor F of the building in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, and taken video images four times in total between 11-5 seconds, 11-56 seconds, 3-25 seconds, and 25 seconds.

On April 21, 2017, at around 14:52, the Defendant taken two-minutes of 41 seconds, such as those who wear a short test color, white flag, in the front stairs No. 2 of subway lines No. H No. 9 in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, using the same method as above 1, and those who wear a white flag, and those who are inflag’s name and inflag’s name and inflag’s name and inflag.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person, who could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a camera or other similar mechanism, against his will.

The sentencing of Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act with regard to the order of provisional payment shall be determined by comprehensively taking into account the following conditions of sentencing as well as the age, occupation, sex, family relationship of the defendant, and circumstances before and after the crime.

- The defendant shall convene a meeting during a day against the will of the victims.
