A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 20:40 on May 23, 2015, Defendant 2284: (a) taken the body part of the part of the body part of the victim D (the age of 20) who was leashing stairs using a portable telephone device located in the exit of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government No. 39 on the part of May 23, 2015; and (b) taken the body part of the body part of the victim D (the age of 20) against the victim’s will over eight times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

B. On October 14, 2015, around 18:04, the Defendant taken approximately one minute 22 seconds of the female victim’s legs and paths in the name of the Defendant, who wears a short Cheong-mam, red sweg, red swegs, and red chrographs, which are short from the Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G and subway 6 lines HS radars, using the same method as the above A.

On October 14, 2015, around 18:11, 2015, the Defendant taken approximately 2:35 seconds in the manner described in the above A, on the name of a female victim’s bridge and traw, who wear a black, white sweter, and trawer at a line of GG subway 6 of Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a mobile phone camera against their will.

3. At around October 30, 2015, Defendant 1, Defendant 2016, found the victim K (V, 17 years old)’s above stairs from J stairs located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul on October 30, 2015, and had the victim take a face of the body of the said victim.

In other words, in order to take a body part of the victim's body that may cause a sense of sexual shame at the seat, the defendant has a function to take a camera image, which is contained in the 4S mobile phone owned by the defendant.
