A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 1, 2014, the Defendant driven B 5 vehicles under the influence of alcohol with approximately 4km alcohol concentration of about 0.160% at the section from the front of the modern apartment located in the Southern-dong, Busan-gu, Busan-do, to the front of the 1st public order center located in Busan-gu, without a driver’s license, at around 05:02, the Defendant driven B 5 vehicles under the influence of alcohol with blood alcohol concentration of about 0.160%.

2. On November 1, 2014, at around 05:02, the Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official documents: (a) discovered by drinking on the road front of the 1 public security center located in the city of Gwanak-gu, Busan; and (b) exercised the official document by presenting the first-class ordinary driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner of the Busan Local Police Agency as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s driver’s license on the same birth D, who was in possession of the Defendant who was requested to present the driver’s license from the police officer belonging to

After the Defendant was controlled by drinking driving at the time and place specified in paragraph (2), the Defendant forged another’s private signature with a view to making the said police officer’s personal information as if the Defendant’s personal information was the same as that of the Defendant and exercising the driver’s confirmation column by signing that person’s personal information was D.

4. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (2), presented the signature of the forged other person to C, which was unaware of the fact, and exercised the above investigation or signature as if it were duly formed.

5. The Defendant forged a private document with the intention to use the document to prove the facts of another person, stating D’s personal information in the driver’s name column in the driver’s name column of the driver’s report at the Busan Jin-gu Busan Police Station’s Busan Police Station and the traffic safety office located in the Busan Jin-gu Office and the driver’s name.

6. The Defendant for the uttering of a falsified investigation document is named D in the name of the Defendant, which was forged at the time and place specified in paragraph (5).
