A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 03:05 on February 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven C Ecoos car at approximately 10 meters in a state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.127% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license to drive a coos car near Hus Real Estate located within the Busan Shipping Daegu Shipping and Daegu; (b) around 03:05, the Defendant driven C coos car at approximately 10 meters.

2. On February 24, 2014, the Defendant on the unlawful uttering of official document presented the Defendant’s F’s driver’s license, which was issued by the Commissioner of the Busan Local Police Agency, as if he was his driver’s license, at the place indicated in paragraph (1) of the facts charged, and at the place indicated in paragraph (1) of the facts charged.

3. On February 24, 2014, at around 03:15, the Defendant: (a) the place indicated in paragraph (1) of the facts charged; (b) the reason that he/she was under influence driving; and (c) the fact that he/she was under influence driving; (b) the fact that he/she was under influence driving; (c) the fact-finding statement statement in the name of F, a private document pertaining to the certification of fact, and the fact-finding report in the name of F, a personal document pertaining to the certification of fact; and (d) the fact-finding statement statement in the name of F, and the fact-finding report; and (e) the fact-finding report and the fact-finding report were issued to E, who was aware of the fact-finding; and (d) the fact-finding report were sent to E, who was actually formed in the position of Busan Coast Police Station D District of Busan
