Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

, however, for two years from the date this judgment has become final.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics.

1. Defendant A

A. On January 10, 2020, the Defendant: (a) asked B, who became aware of psychotropic drugs, to seek writingphones; (b) purchased KRW 800,000 in cash to the said B from the heading room on the 6th floor in the prime city, Nowon-si; and (c) purchased approximately 1g of the phiphones, which was purchased from China’s Twits D (D, current police investigation).

B. The Defendant administered part of the philophones purchased as above at the same date, time, and at the same place, in a way that wraps with B, with others.

C. On January 20, 2020, the Defendant: (a) sealed approximately 0.04 g of philopon in the unit E building F of the building E in a gambling place; and (b) carried them in a way that they are stored in a guest room box.

2. Defendant B

A. At around 07:00 on January 10, 2020, the Defendant: (a) 500,000 won was cut to D at the above D’s dwelling place located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government as an accomplice selling Hhophone; and (b) purchased approximately 1g of a phiphone, which was sealed on paper.

B. At around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) taken 800,000 won from A inc’s French heading room as stated in paragraph (1) of the same day; and (b) sold approximately 1g of the philopon purchased from D as above.

C. The Defendant administered part of the philophones traded at the same date, time, and at the same place as above, in a way that wraps with A in a coffee and wraps with A.
