Punishment of the crime

[2018 Highest 8531] Notwithstanding that Defendant A is not a person handling narcotics, Defendant A treated psychotropic drugs as follows:

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On April 2018, Habman decided to purchase a philopon from the sale of philopon (F clinic 'G' 'G' 'G' 'G' 'G' 'G' 'G' 'G' 'G' 400,000 won from the account known to the account, and then found approximately 0.5 g of philopon concealed from the signboard of the name address of the non-road name in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul) around the same day, and purchased it.

Of the philophones purchased as stated in paragraph (1), the philophones administered in a way of drinking in beverages, with the clopic volume (ordinaryly 0.03~0.1g).

(c) At first 07:30 on May 2018, 201-A-2.

at the same place as in paragraph 1(a).

The philophone administered a philophone, which was purchased as stated in paragraph (1), in a way that walphicals (ordinaryly 0.03 to 0.1g), in a way that walphicals are cut to drink. D.

The Defendant around 02:00 on July 4, 2018, at around 02:0, at the “O” exclusively for women of the first basement in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and at around 2-A.

Of the philophones purchased as stated in paragraph (1), the philophones administered in a way of drinking in beverages, with the clopic volume (ordinaryly 0.03~0.1g).

3. On July 5, 2018, the person located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government P in his/her business around 13:00.
