A Imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and for eight months, respectively.

1.1 million won shall be collected from each of the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the District Court on August 9, 2016, and the judgment was finalized on August 17, 2016. Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Suwon Methods Board on December 29, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 6, 2016.

1. Defendant A is not a handler of narcotics.

A. A. Around May 2015, the Defendant received and sold Meart ambacules (1) in the body of B driving parked on the roads near the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si, Seoyang-si, the Defendant received and delivered the Meart ambacule (hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine (hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), which is stored in the ambacule paper, from B, in the body of the B driving.

(2) On June 2015, the Defendant purchased KRW 500,000,00 from B in front of the exit of G 1 Station G located in Seo-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoul, for approximately 0.3g of philopon.

(3) On July 2015, the Defendant purchased a disposable volunteer 50,000 won from B, from the I Station located in Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si H, Goyang-si.

B. (1) On May 2015, the Defendant administered a mephone in the form of crypon to a coffee at the Defendant’s residence located in the JJ at the time of the strike.

(2) On June 2015, the Defendant administered a dump in the so-called “L” telephones located in the Dong-gu, Seoyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si in the knyang-si, by hanging it on the coffee.

(3) On July 2015, the Defendant administered n’N’s chophones on the so-called “N” telephones in Goyang-gu M, Goyang-si, Goyang-si.

(4) On July 2015, the Defendant administered a scopic scopon to the coffee at the “P” telecom located in the Seo-gu Busan Metropolitan City scopon (the day following the date of the crime described in the above paragraph (3)).

2. Defendant B is not a handler of narcotics.

A. On May 2015, the Defendant is near Seo-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si.
