Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On September 26, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for occupational embezzlement and larceny at the Jeju District Court on September 26, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 25, 2013.

1. In February 2014, the Defendant embezzled the property worth KRW 10,844,500 in total by the same method seven times from May 9, 2014, as indicated in the attached Table List (i.e., the list of crimes), from the time on which he/she embezzled the property of KRW 10,844,50,00, at the market price owned by the victim, which was in the course of business storage for the victim, while carrying out food delivery and collection duties at the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D, which was located in Jeju, as the delivery source.
2. From March 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00 on March 8, 2014, at a H restaurant operated by the victim G in Jeju City F, the Defendant stolen one wall containing KRW 121,000 in cash owned by the victim who was on the cater by using an opportunity among the toilets.
3. On February 18:00, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a motorcycle on seven occasions, without obtaining a driver’s license on February 2, 2014, from the front of the “E” restaurant located in the Jeju-si to the front of the Doo-ray in the same Dong as the Doo-ray in the Jeju-si at around 23:00 on the same day, and driving a motorcycle without obtaining a driver’s license on seven occasions as indicated in the list of crimes (i.e., the list of crimes), from May 9, 2014.

1. On December 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) while carrying out the duties of delivery and collection of food at the “K” restaurant operated by the Victim J at the Jeju city on December 25, 2013; (b) he embezzled the food cost of KRW 400,000, which was while on duty for the victim; and (c) from that time, up to April 16, 2014, the Defendant amounted to KRW 3,450,000 in total on four occasions, such as written in the List of Offenses.
