Punishment of the crime

On May 13, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court on May 13, 2004; on April 27, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the same court on April 27, 2007; and on September 10, 2010, was the person who completed the execution of the sentence in the third prison of North Korea, and habitually;

On February 28, 2013, around 17:44, in the internal subway station of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, 1500 subway 2: (a) cut off one half of the market price equivalent to 100,000 won based on one resident registration certificate, one driver’s license, one bank body card, one lot of card, one lot of card, one lot of card, one certificate of qualification, etc. on the part of the victim, and one half of the market price on the part of the victim, which entered another victim C by approaching the congested gap of the time of retirement from other victim C;
