1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) against the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant)

A. A. Of the 1048m2 of the 1048m2, the Annex B is marked 15.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendant owned 1048 square meters, E, 58 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “C”), D, D, 453 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “D”) and 79.84 square meters (hereinafter referred to as the “building in this case”). The location and shape of the building are as follows: (a) the attached land and the outline of the building; (b) the land is equal to 3; and (c) the F, a 174 square meters (hereinafter referred to as the “F,” the State-owned width on the south-west boundary; and (d) the F, a 174 square meters (hereinafter referred to as the “the ditch in this case”).

B. On March 23, 2004, the Plaintiff acquired land E and the instant building by auction, and on October 2, 2003, land C and D acquired by the Defendant’s Chokon G through auction, and let the Defendant use each of the said land while living in the housing located on the land C, and around February 22, 2012, the Defendant again acquired the ownership of land C and D land.

C. On June 21, 2004, the Plaintiff was ordered to deliver real estate to the Defendant, who occupied the land E and the building of this case after the successful bid, and executed the order. At that time, the Plaintiff was handed over the land E and the building of this case from the Defendant.

E Land is higher than C, and the Defendant installed stairs in the order of each of the two points in the attached reference B, 6, 7, and 8, which connects two land to B, and the Plaintiff removed the above connected stairs immediately after the bid of the instant building and E.

E. From June 2004 to October 2004 of the same year, the Defendant installed a steel structure of about 1.7 meters high at each boundary of the E land, C land, and D land, and obstructed the Plaintiff from passing through a road for contribution from the land, by having the said steel structure surrounded most of the west and north side of the E land.

F. On October 2004, the Plaintiff filed a criminal complaint with the Defendant for obstruction of traffic, etc., and thereafter, the Defendant agreed to secure the passage to the Plaintiff.
