1. The Defendants are indicated in the attached reference sheet No. 5, 2, 3, 7, 6, and 5 in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government HW large 257.2 square meters.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On February 13, 1995, the Defendants completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each 1/2 square meters of HJ large 257.2 square meters (hereinafter the Defendants’ land) in Gangnam-gu Seoul on February 13, 1995, and the Plaintiff and I made the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each of the Plaintiffs’ shares in the land adjacent to the Defendants’ land, Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu J-gu 257.3 square meters (hereinafter the Plaintiffs 1), and the 2nd floor buildings above (hereinafter the Plaintiffs 1; June 5, 1990; the above KJ 503.8 square meters (hereinafter the Plaintiffs 2) and the 3rd floor buildings above the above ground (hereinafter the Plaintiffs 2 buildings) on July 1, 1986, and I completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each of the Plaintiffs’ shares in each of the land on December 30, 2003.

C. On July 13, 2005, the plaintiffs removed their respective buildings on each of the plaintiffs' lands and newly constructed the buildings of the second and seventh stories above ground (hereinafter the plaintiffs' new buildings) on each of the plaintiffs' lands, and on each of the 1/8 shares of the plaintiff A, the plaintiff A completed registration of preservation of ownership as to each of the 1/8 shares.

The fence to divide the boundary between the plaintiffs' land and the defendants' land was installed in mentb block at the location where the existing fence was located while constructing the new building of the plaintiffs. The attached reference also is 5.0 square meters in a part of 2,00 square meters in a ship connected each point of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 1, and 5, and 5.0 square meters in the same reference (attached Form 5.2, 3, 7, 6, and 5; hereinafter the defendants' land erosion part is 5.0 square meters in the ship connected each point of 5.2,2, 3, 7, 6, and 5 in the same reference.)

E. The Plaintiffs, against the Defendants, are the sites of the Plaintiffs’ building as this Court Decision 2011No. 25351, which are the Defendants.
