The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall cover an automobile registration number plate nor make it illegible.

Nevertheless, at around 15:00 on March 21, 2019, the Defendant laid down the back number plate of the Defendant’s D high-class III vehicle for the purpose of avoiding the parking control on the front of the first floor C association prohibition point of the 1st floor of the building in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Seoul.
