Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the driver of the K5 vehicle B.

No person shall intentionally cover a registration number plate or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, on July 15, 2020, the Defendant violated the registration number plate of the vehicle by using three strings of the back number plate of the vehicle in order to avoid parking control on the front of the D cafeteria.
