Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a operator of B1 ton truck.

No person shall cover an automobile registration number plate nor make it illegible.

Nevertheless, at around 16:20 on July 15, 2016, the Defendant, at around 16:20, set the front and rear registration number plate of the above truck in order to avoid the crackdown on the parking and stopping on the road in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 11-ro 7-4.
