1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) Transfer on January 12, 1970 for real estate listed in Schedule 1 to 13.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. (1) The Gyeongsan Repair Cooperatives was established on August 22, 1925 by the Joseon Repair Cooperatives Ordinance (Ordinance No. 2, Oct. 31, 1941) and was merged with the Gyeongsan Repair Cooperatives under the former Act on Special Measures for the Merger of Repair Cooperatives (Act No. 701, Aug. 25, 1961). (2) The Gyeongsan Repair Cooperatives was enacted by Act No. 948, Dec. 31, 1961; and (3) The Gyeongsan Repair Cooperatives was repealed by the former Act No. 2199, Jan. 12, 1970; and (4) The Gyeongsan Repair Cooperatives was repealed by the former Act No. 2199, Dec. 27, 1995; and (5) The Gyeongsan Repair Cooperatives was repealed by the Act No. 21935, Dec. 29, 195).
④ The Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation established on January 1, 200 after the execution of the former Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (Act No. 5759, Feb. 5, 199) was dissolved, and the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation established on January 1, 200 comprehensively succeeded to the rights and duties of the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation under Article 9 of the same Act. ⑤ The Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation has changed its name to the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (Act No. 7775, Dec. 29, 2005) pursuant to Article 3 of the Addenda of the former Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (Act No. 9276, Dec. 29, 2008).
B. The real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through 11 has been incorporated into the secondary reservoir completed around 1947 after commencing around 1925 and completing around 1928. The real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 12 has commenced around 1954 and managed around 1959, and the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 13 has been incorporated into the secondary reservoir completed around 1947 (for the installation institution, there is dispute as follows).
Attached Form
The real estate in Articles 14 through 24 stated in the list shall be the real estate by the Gyeongsan Farmland Improvement Association, a telegraph of the plaintiff.
