Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
In the facts charged under paragraph (2) below, the prosecutor stated “paragraph (1)” as “paragraph (a) of Paragraph (1)” and “paragraph (2)” as “paragraph (b) of Paragraph 1,” and corrected as it is obvious that it is a clerical error.
1. 모욕 피고인은 2020. 6. 3. 23:20경 인천 미추홀구 B에 있는 ‘C 주점’에서, 다른 테이블에서 일행들과 술을 마시고 있는 피해자 D이 아이들을 방치한다는 이유로 위 주점 사장, 피고인, 피해자의 각 일행 등이 듣는 가운데 피해자에게 “야, 족발, 너처럼 뚱뚱한 년은 처음 봤다, 족발, 족발”이라고 큰소리로 말하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

On June 3, 2020, the Defendant: (a) arrested and taken custody of a flagrant offender for the same reason as indicated in paragraph (2) at the G District of the Incheon Michuhol-gu Police Station G District in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Incheon, on the same ground as indicated in paragraph (2); (b) taken a bath to the police officer, such as “one’s parents, etc. and the police shot; and (c) taken the H with a cellular phone; and (d) taken the H with the cell phone; (b) taken the H from the above H on his own hand, the Defendant interfered with the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the handling of the instant case by 112.
5. On June 4, 2020, the Defendant, who violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, arrested and taken custody of a flagrant offender for the same reason as that described in paragraph (2), at the criminal waiting room of the Incheon Michuhol-gu Police Station, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, for a large amount of five hours under the influence of alcohol.
