1. On April 20, 2019, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) around 21:50 on April 20, 2019, in the “D” operated by the victim C (man, 56 years of age) in Michuhol-gu Incheon, the Defendant: (b) expressed the victim’s desire to take a test fee to the customers on the side tables without any reason for drinking mixed alcohol; and (c) expressed the victim’s desire to “hump, Chewing, humping, humping, humping, and hump.” (hereinafter “D”); and (d) caused the customers to walk about 20 minutes of hump; and (e) caused them to go through the cooling and cooling hump.

2. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2019. 4. 20. 22:18경 위 'D' 앞길에서, 제1항과 같은 ‘업무방해’ 범행 등으로 112신고를 받고 출동한 인천미추홀경찰서 E파출소 소속 경찰관 F 등에 의해 현행범인으로 체포되어 위 E파출소 소속 경찰관 G, H 등과 같이 82호 순찰차를 타고 경찰서로 이동하던 중 욕설을 하면서 위 G의 얼굴 부위를 머리로 들이받으려고 하고 G의 얼굴에 침을 뱉고 입으로 G의 손을 깨물려 하고, 이를 제지하던 H의 손과 얼굴을 입으로 깨물려 하고 H의 얼굴에 침을 뱉고, 같은 날 23:43경 인천 미추홀구 매소홀로290번길 32에 있는 미추홀경찰서 본관 출입구에서, 형사당직실로 이동하던 중 저항하면서 발로 H의 정강이 부위를 걷어 찼다.

As such, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning criminal investigations.

[2019 Highest 4916] On June 25, 2019, the Defendant spited two times on the face of the victim K (n, 21 years of age) who is an employee after being arrested by a police officer who was called out due to a dispute over the payment of the drinking value, while drinking in J on the first floor of Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City I on June 25, 2019.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.
