A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months and a fine of one hundred thousand won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 17, 2020, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, around 00:30 on May 17, 2020, when boarding a victim C taxi in front of the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, for the first time, arrived at the poppy-ro 928 Sowing-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, which is a destination, and then refused to pay 16,000 won of the taxi fee from the victim without justifiable grounds.

As a result, the defendant did not pay a certain value without good cause on board a business vehicle.

2. Around 01:00 on May 17, 2020, at the place indicated in paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant: (a) stated that “The victim F, G, who was a police officer belonging to the Incheon Western Police Station E zone E zone, who was dispatched after receiving a report of 112, did not pay the fare to the victim C; (b) the victim F, and G, who was requested to pay the fare; and (c) the victim F, and G, during the process of complying with the victim’s name in secret; and (d) the victim C, while complying with the police officers such as the above F, said F, said F, said C, “this eas has come to bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch.”

Accordingly, at around 01:30 of the same day, the Defendant arrested a flagrant offender and was transferred to the E zone located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and then said, the Defendant said that “C and a civil petitioner in name, the victim I and the J, who is a police officer, who was working while other police officers are in the duty, refers to the victim I and the J as the police officer.”

Accordingly, the defendant insultd the victims openly.

3. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2020. 5. 17. 01:30경 위 제2항 기재 내용과 같이 현행범인 체포되어 E지구대에 인치된 후 대기용 의자에 앉아있던 중 그곳에서 근무하던 경찰관 G에게 다가가 발로 G의 허벅지를 걷어찼다.

As a result, the defendant interfered with police officers' performance of duties in relation to global service.
