Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, at around 00:30 on September 22, 2018, has a dispute with the victim D(34 years of age) who is a workplace partner, in his/her own residence located in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu B lending C, and has a business problem.

At around 00:50 on September 22, 2018, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties: G, a police officer belonging to the Incheon Michuhol-gu Police Station F District (49 years of age), who was dispatched after receiving a report of 112 on September 22, 2018, 112 to the effect that “the two male people are wraped,” she spit the following door of the patrol in the course of arresting the Defendant as a flagrant offender under the suspicion described in paragraph (1) of the aforesaid paragraph, she fright up to the face of G, and fright up to the back seat of the patrol vehicle.
