Punishment of the crime

[2017 Go fixed 415] The Defendant divorcedd the victim B (45 tax) with about 10 years prior to the divorce, and tried to damage the glass windows, etc. of the restaurant operated by the victimized person while under the influence of alcohol, in order to not harming the children who have been raised by the injured person.

1. On January 18, 2017, the Defendant found the “D” operated by the victim B in Youngcheon-si, Si around 23:40 on January 18, 2017, and collected bricks around the above restaurant and damaged the 1st head of the front glass window of the restaurant and the 7th head of the outer glass window of the restaurant.

2. On January 19, 2017, around 00:10 on January 19, 2017, the Defendant found the place under the above “A” at around 00:10, and collected the bricks in the vicinity of the said place, and damaged the door door of the restaurant by gathering them back to the outside glass of the said restaurant.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the 8 head of a cafeteria which is equivalent to 3,140,000 won at the victim's market price.

[2017 Gocheon-si 571] On February 14, 2017, the Defendant found that he/she wanted to report to the house of the victim B (the 45 years of age) who was the husband of the former husband in Yong-si, Yongcheon-si, and then infringed on the victim’s residence, such as intending to see why he/she would have "I wish to do so."
