A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 78"

1. Crimes against victims C;

A. On February 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a crime at early February 2017, 2017, at the Defendant’s residence located in the Gyeongnam-gun Building D (102), the victim C, his spouse, returned home under the influence of alcohol; and (b) on the ground that the Defendant’s horse was disregarded, the victim C, his spouse, went home, and the Defendant’s horse was disregarded, thereby destroying the Defendant’s entrance of the living room in the total amount of KRW 30,00,000 in the market price of the victim’s possession, which was the victim’s ownership, by making the door door door 2 and one copy in the kitchen door door door.

B. Around March 21, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime at around 02:35, 2017, on the ground that the victim was neglected the Defendant’s horse at the place indicated in the above paragraph (a) on March 21, 2017; (b) during the victim’s conversations with C, the victim was destroyed by setting up one unit of electric plout, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 50,000,00,000, and one unit of electronic bitle, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 50,000,000, which was located at that place, on the floor; and (c) when the door gate macks in total equivalent to KRW 60,00,00,00,000, a 450,000,000, in a free window, and damaged property at the market price of KRW 610,000,00,00.

On March 21, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime around 08:10 on March 21, 2017, at around 08:08:10 on March 21, 2017, on the grounds that the Defendant reported the Defendant’s act such as the above paragraph (b) to the police, and that C reported the Defendant’s act as described in the above paragraph (b) to the police, he cut off one of the waste c,00 won at the market price, which was owned by the victim at that place, and destroyed the total of 4.20,00 won at a reduced price.

2. Crimes against victims E;

A. On March 14, 2017, at around 16:55, the Defendant: (a) committed an assault against the Victim E during the course of having a horse dispute with the Victim E; (b) the victim expressed his/her desire to read “a sprinke and door opening to the victim,” in order to escape from the Defendant’s assault; (c) the victim expressed his/her desire to read “a sprinke and door opening to the victim.”
