A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was in an internal relationship with B, and the victim C (the victim C, 48 years of age) is the wife of B and the victim D (the victim 24 years of age) is the father of B.

1. Intrusion upon residence and damage to property;

A. On August 21, 2017, at around 04:00, the Defendant intruded into Mail-ro through a gate that was not corrected on the ground that B was not able to talk with her own, before the house of the victim C, located in the Southern Gun E, and destroyed by an insular tool a chapter 1 of the market price of the victim’s own possession of 180,000 won.

B. On January 1, 2018, at around 05:25, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim’s house in the victim’s house in the victim’s house in the Namnam-gun E on the ground that B was not in front of the victim’s house; (b) destroyed the victim’s house by throwing away six chemical parts equivalent to the total market value of KRW 1,350,000 in the victim’s own market value; and (c) destroyed the victim’s house, such as throwing away six chemical parts of the total market value of KRW 1,350,00, and cutting off by an irregular method; and (d) 1 head of the ward’s glass, 1 head of the sugar, and one doctor’s room

2. Intrusion upon residence and damage to special property;

A. On February 27, 2017, at around 23:20, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim C’s house located in the Namnam-gun E through a gate that was not corrected on the ground that B did not contact himself; and (b) collected eight red bricks (20cm in width, 9cm in length) which are dangerous objects located therein; and (c) damaged the victim’s market price by having eight departments of the glass window in total amounting to KRW 620,000, and eight shocks.

B. On May 19, 2017, at around 04:30, the Defendant intruded the victim C’s house located in the Southern Gun E through a gate that was not corrected on the ground that B does not contact himself/herself, and then damaged the Defendant’s market price by using a high turf support unit of metal materials (130cm in length, 1.5cm in diameter) which is a dangerous object at that place.

3. Violation of the Act on Promotion of Utilization of Information and Communications Network and Information Protection, etc.;
