A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

7,829,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flag 2016 Highest 1005), committed a crime in collusion with C by receiving psychotropic drugs from D, which was introduced through a policeman C on Nov. 1, 2015, and delivering it to C, in collusion with C.

On November 16, 2015, at around 23:10, the Defendant 23:10, the Defendant dried up a single injection device containing approximately 0.7 g of philopon from D in front of the NA G branch in Asan City, and dried up the said philopon to C on the street above the 17th day of the same month at around 00:30 of the Cheongju-si Htel.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with C to receive phiphones from D.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence 2016 highest 2083);

A. At around 20:00 on November 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at K’s car parked near the J-dong I located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) at K’s car, the Defendant 1.5 million won in the amount of opon; and (c) purchased opon from K, and (d) approximately 5g in the amount of opon. Accordingly, the Defendant purchased opon. (b) On December 1, 2015, the Defendant stopped at K’s car parked in a nearby MN parking lot located in Yangsan-si, Yangsan-si; and (c) obtained approximately 1.5 million in the opon amount of opon from K, and 1.5g in the opon amount of opon from K.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones.

3) On December 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received 2.2 million won from K in the street price from K in the street in the vicinity of the Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon; and (b) obtained 10g scopon from K in the scopon price; and (c) the Defendant purchased scopon. (d) On January 13, 2016, the Defendant purchased scopon. (b) around 200,000 won from the cross-disscopon price from Q to K in the copon price from the cross-disscopon price in the Dong-dong, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon; and (c) obtained approximately 10g from K in the scopon price.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones.

B. On September 26, 2016, the Defendant, who administered phiphones, (i) R, and (ii) No. 502 of Cheongju-si around 23:30.
