Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On February 19, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to six years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Chuncheon District Court on February 19, 2008 and completed the execution of the sentence on March 6, 2013.

【Criminal Facts】

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flag) dealt with the following Mespoptyes (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) although he is not qualified to handle narcotics:

On June 2013, the Defendant: (a) sealed approximately 10 ghopphones from the Daegu Daegu High Bus Terminal in 4,000, Daegu-gu, Daegu-dong, Daegu-dong, as a post office box; (b) sent 10ghopphones using the e-mail carnets to the e-mail office; and (c) received money from the f to the e-mail account in the name of G, the 110,000 won from the above F on the same day; and (d) sold the fopphones to the e-mail account in the name of G, the 15-dong, Incheon.

B. At around 10:00 on July 4, 2013, the Defendant issued approximately 10 g of phiphones to F in the same manner as the above paragraph (a) and sold phiphones by receiving KRW 2.3 million from transfer of KRW 2.3 million to the account in the above G name.

C. On July 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 4.6 million from F; and (b) delivered approximately 20 g of phiphones in the same manner as the above paragraph (a) and sold phiphones. D.

On July 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received 4.6 million won from F on July 15, 2013; (b) delivered approximately 20g of philophones in the same manner as the above paragraph (a) and sold philophones.

E. On August 2013, at around 00:30, the Defendant purchased 70,000 won of philopon from the name in the night-type passenger vehicle(s) in front of the Daegu Seosung-dong, which was operated by the winners of the names parked on the road prior to the recognition of the waterway human body in the Daegu Seosan-dong.

F. The Defendant, at around 00:50 on the same day as the above paragraph (e) above, was against H Apartment-gu 101 Dong 1410 on the same day.
