A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The evidence seized by the defendant shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On November 16, 2010, the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, who was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Suwon District Court on November 16, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the official prison on July 19, 201.

1. On January 1, 2013, the Defendant purchased a psychotropic drug campon (hereinafter “camphone”) at a bank with no knowledge of the trade name located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, around 01:00, remitted KRW 2 million to X’s account through a cash payment machine installed in that place, and at around 23:00 on the same day, at X QM5 car parked in front of the Z hotel located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and at least 5 g of a phiphonephone, contained in X’s plastic paper from X to plastic paper.

Accordingly, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 5g 2 million from X-phones.

On January 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) laid off KRW 650,00 from AA; and (b) 0.7 grophones contained in AA for a disposable injection machine on the way in which Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, East-ro, U.S., Hanyang-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, the Defendant laid down KRW 650,00 from Dongdae-ro; and (c) laid down approximately 0.7 grophones contained in A for a disposable injection machine.

The Defendant, including this, from around November 22, 2013 to around November 22, 2013, received the amount of philopon from A and AB over a total of 27 times as indicated in the separate crime list, and gave philopon to them.

Accordingly, the defendant sold a philophone to AA and AB.

[2014 Highest 4676] On February 9, 2013, the Defendant was not a person handling narcotics, but around 00:30 on February 9, 2013, around 00:30, a sum of KRW 2.350,000 to AC, and a sum of approximately 10 g of the psychotropic drugs contained in vinyl brode from AC.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased approximately 10g 10,000 won from AC.
