A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[2015 Height819] The Defendant, at around April 21:15, 2015, commits the following offenses: (a) from the “D” bank located in Mapopoco C on April 8, 2015; (b) from the victim E’s occupation platform located in the part of the victim E, the Defendant steals KRW 40,000 in cash located in the part of the wall; and (c) from that point of time, from that time as indicated in the list of offenses.

5. Until September 1, 200, money and valuables totaling KRW 1,115,000 were stolen on seven occasions.

On June 5, 2015, around 17:48, the Defendant, at the “G” bank located on the first floor of Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu F underground, stolen the victim’s wall owned by the victim of KRW 1.50,000,000 in cash from the main machine over which the victim H extends over his/her own seat, 1.50,000 won in cash, etc.

2. On June 6, 2015, the Defendant, at the “J” bank located in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I on June 6, 2015, stolen KRW 40,000,00 in cash located in the victim’s wall, with the victim K put on the tables located therein, and smoking out, and then cut off the victim’s wall.
